Assist individuals who want to pursue career advancement, consider a career move or improve leadership skills. We help them identify their Vision, perform a self-assessment, clarify & set goals, identify & focus on priorities & upgrade organizational skills. Connect individuals with the resources necessary to achieve these goals.

Assist with implementation of their vision & goals, plan development, marketing, selection of social media platforms & connection with ministry resources.
